Yoga Mondays at 6pm at Hellasgården in Nacka starting 26 August
Yoga in a relaxing and unpretentious environment, preferably with a sauna afterwards.
Hanzano Lidbrink is our yoga teacher and he teaches classes in what he calls Zoulyoga - dynamic hatha yoga, which makes you "warm, agile, strong and calm".
No previous yoga experience needed
You don't need to have previous yoga experience to join.
The yoga classes are for beginners as well as for more experienced yoga practitioners.
Our yoga classes provide both physical and mental exercise, after which we recommend a sauna. Book your place in the sauna here.
Yoga for those who live in Nacka or Stockholm
We are close to Stockholm, Nacka and other neighbouring municipalities.
By bus or bike you can get to us from Sickla in Nacka, Nacka city centre or Älta in Nacka in about 20 minutes.
Yoga classes are held in the yoga hall
Location. The Yoga Hall, wall to wall with our gym.
Mondays : 18:00-19:15. (NB! Last session will be on 16 December).
Price: 150 kr
Feel free to bring your own mat.
Yoga mats are also available for purchase from us.
Why not book a sauna while you're here?
If you want to use our sauna facility for changing and/or shower and sauna, book your visit like other guests.
If you have not booked a visit to our sauna area, we refer to changing in the yoga room. For toilet visits, we refer to the public WC, just 30 metres from the yoga room.
As we have many visitors in the evenings, we hope and believe that you will fully understand this.
