Rent state-of-the-art long-distance skates from us at Hellasgården in Nacka, Stockholm.

We only take bookings online. We do NOT take bookings via email, phone, text, facebook or instagram. It is not possible to extend or change the time of the booking that you paid for.

We open the booking system on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays before each week, so it is not possible to make a booking more than one week in advance, due to the fact that we cannot predict the weather and conditions for the skating rink and ski tracks.

(2024-03-13) Warm rainy days are coming, and we are now closing the rentals for the season.

The long course is 2.9 km and about 8 metres wide. The track runs from Hellasgården and eastwards, on the eastern side of the lake.

There is a shorter course on the western side of the lake. Approximately 600 metres.

There is also a play area equivalent to a small football pitch.

Skate rental prices (all prices are per hour)

Skates (pair): 240 kr/hour

Isdubbar: 40 kr/hour

Sticks for skates (pair): 95 kr/hour

Knee pads (pair): 60 kr/hour

Ispik: 110 kr/hour

Rescue line: 120 kr/hour

We recommend everyone who goes out on the ice to carry ice cubes.

Terms and conditions for the rental of skiing and skating equipment at Hellasgården

You must present a valid identity document to the staff of the rental agency. This can be an ID card or a passport.

All equipment must be returned in the same condition as when it was rented and within the time of the rental period. It is not possible to extend or change the duration of the booking that you paid for.

(For skates the rental period is always 1 hour, for skis the rental period is the interval you have chosen.)

For equipment that is returned late, the customer will be charged 200 SEK for each 15-minute period started.

For equipment that is not returned, the customer will be charged the new price of the rented equipment.

The same applies to equipment that has been damaged due to manifestly negligent use.

You can cover yourself against all kinds of claims by taking out insurance for 50 SEK.

In case of cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of the rental period, the full amount will be refunded.

In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the start of the rental period, no part of the amount will be refunded.

There is no right of withdrawal for bookings made less than 48 hours before the start of the rental period.

If snow or ice conditions change in such a way as to make it impossible to go on the rental period you have chosen, we will refund the full amount, regardless of when you booked.
