Schools are very welcome to book the sauna and changing rooms in connection with ice-hole drills.
Bookable times
Tuesday–Thursday:
- 08.45–10.00
- 10.30–11.45
The sauna can only be booked for ice-hole drills during these times.
If you only need a sauna session:
In that case, you’ll need to choose the time 08.45–10.00. If you need both times, please book 08.45–10.00 and 10.30–11.45.
Important: As a teacher, you need to set aside time for both getting changed and tidying up. The group must have finished and left the sauna and changing rooms by the end of the booking time at the latest. You should therefore allow at least 30 minutes of the booked time.
Residents
Residents have access to the changing rooms before 10.00. Please be considerate and leave the changing rooms on time.
Cleaning
Please leave the premises in the same condition as when you arrived.
If you’d like us to take care of the cleaning, you can book a sauna and changing room clean in advance by email. Cleaning must be booked in advance and cannot be booked on site.
If you book a cleaning service with us, the group must have left the sauna and changing rooms 30 minutes before the end of the booked time, so that we have time to clean up before the next booking.
A chance to warm up after the ice-hole exercise
We would also like to remind teachers that it may be cold outside and that pupils need the opportunity to warm up after the exercise.
If you need a venue for this, you are welcome to book a venue in advance. The reception area is not intended as a meeting place, and the café can quickly become crowded.

Cleaning: 750 SEK/section. NOTE! Cannot be ordered on site.
Bookings can be made via info@hellasgarden.se and paid with the invoice to the school in advance. No cancellations possible after the invoice has been sent to the school.
