is, and whether one can be installed outdoors. The architectural firm Ekotekten took on
the challenge and realised the vision where we can now socialise, regardless of

Size
The patio platform is 20 square metres, the roof 10 square metres. In addition, space useful for mingling around the fireplace and adjacent to the patio of approximately 10 square metres.
Number of persons
Up to 20 people. 10 fixed seats at tables. In addition, 8-10 seats on the edge of the platform. Part of the rocks can also be used for seating.
Robust shelters with tables and benches
Just south of Ältavägen, below the sledging hill and next to the grass football pitch, you'll find two sturdy shelters made of heartwood pine, on natural stone plinths and with grass roofs. You and your group can use the two shelters as a meeting place and shelter from the rain and wind. Perfect for the larger corporate group and outdoor day with the school class.
The shelters are bookable on weekdays, but are open to the public on weekends.
The shelters were designed and built by Ekotekten.

Size
The shelters are 3 x 9 metres and the two shelters give a total covered area of 54
kvdrat metres.
Number of persons
There are tables with fixed seating for approximately 12 adults/16 children per shelter.
The idea is that each shelter will be suitable as a meeting place, clothing storage and shelter from the rain for a school class on an outdoor day, such as an orienteering day.
Barbecue area with views of Lake Källtorpssjön
Sometimes you just want to keep it simple. This barbecue area is scenically located up on the mountain next to the reception overlooking Lake Källtorpssjön.
The fireplace itself is a classic in all its simplicity - oil barrels split lengthways.
At the barbecue area there are two benches with tables and space for about 15 seated people.

Barbecue area next to the café and bathing jetties
This barbecue area is located outside Sjöcafëet overlooking Lake Källtorpssjön.
The barbecue area is equipped with a grill - again a simple and functional solution with a
oil barrels divided lengthways - and 5 benches with tables and a large barbecue. It can accommodate about 20 seated people.

Barnängen - a secluded grass area for games, play, sun and swimming
Barnängen is located next to the beach about 150 metres east of the sauna facility.
Here you can use a large grass area where you can play table football, have a pentathlon with colleagues
or organise a school class outdoor day with different activities.

Grass area at the entrance to Hellasgården - ideal for displaying your products
Small grassy area suitable for setting up a shelter and having as a meeting place for events.
Thanks to its high visibility, the space is popular for companies that want to showcase products such as bicycles, running shoes and more.
This area can also be used for a pentathlon for your company in connection with a conference at our premises.

Sjöviken with fireplace
Here you can light a campfire by our fireplace. In the bay, about 60 metres away from the other buildings, you and your group can be alone. A slightly more spacious gathering place than the Uterum, but without a protective roof.
